What is Access Management

About Us

CHANCE Management Advisors, Inc. is providing solutions for clients through customized consulting services in the areas of parking, transportation, and access management. CMA's primary clients are universities, medical centers, governments, developers, downtowns/business organizations, and special event centers. Founded in Philadelphia in 1984, the firm has successfully completed over 300 projects nationally and overseas. The firm focuses on the specific areas of parking and transportation planning, management, operations, and finance.

Much of the consulting done in the parking industry today is performed by companies whose main business is construction and structural engineering, accounting, parking operations, or the provision of equipment. CMA provides consulting services only, and that allows the firm to provide objective analysis and recommendations that are solely in the best interest of the clients.

CMA pioneered a comprehensive consulting method called ACCESS MANAGEMENT. This approach considers all of the elements that affect a person's journey to and from a destination: transportation, parking, pedestrian movement, ridesharing, bicycles, sign and graphic guidance systems, and public information. CMA staff offer diversified expertise in the areas of management, financial analysis, parking policy and operations, transportation planning, land use planning, business administration, and marketing. Whether considering how to solve current operational problems or cope with future growth, CMA looks first to optimize existing resources and improve organizational management before recommending capital projects.

The combined effect of CMA's unique approach and experience ensures workable solutions to existing problems and innovative long-term strategies that can be implemented and afforded by our clients
