Penn State Hershey Medical Center Selects CMA to Prepare a Campus Wide Parking Analysis
Joe and Vince were pleased to deliver the presentation “Curb Management: Teaching an Old Dog New Tricks” at the Pennsylvania Parking Association on 5 October. Joe also participated in a panel discussion on the future of curb management that was facilitated by Charley DeBow, VP of Business Development for Premium Parking, and included panelists Scott Petri and Larry Cohen, CAPP, Executive Directors of the Philadelphia and Lancaster Parking Authorities, respectively, and Devin Patel, VP of Business Development for Passport, Inc. Appalachian State University Chooses CMA to Develop a Parking Strategy for the Future
In a competitive process, PSHMC selected CMA to analyze current needs, project future requirements, and recommend short term and long term solutions for the continued growth of the Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine.
Design Downtown for Women – Men Will Follow
ASU selected CMA to perform a near-term financial analysis and then assess existing conditions, conduct a benchmarking analysis, project future conditions for a five and a ten year horizon, suggest alternative actions, develop a financial model for the future, and make final recommendations.
CMA Continues to Assist Lafayette College with Residential Development
David Feehan, former CEO of the National Downtown Association, has collected a group of authors to address how well downtowns are designed for women as consumers, visitors, and business professionals. The book shines a different light on common issues as they are experienced by women. Dr. Barbara Chance contributed the chapter on Transportation and Parking, noting the perils and possibilities for making the downtown journey better for women. Find the book at
OUHSC Selects CMA to Prepare a Parking Facilities Master Plan
CMA prepared an updated McCartney Street Residential Development Parking Analysis for Lafayette College to assist in the process to receive approvals by the City of Easton for the development of new residential housing.
CMA is pleased to return to the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center to prepare a Parking Facilities Master Plan. OUHSC is one of only four comprehensive academic health centers in the U.S. having seven professional colleges, and its campus covers 300 acres. CMA prepared a previous plan prior to dramatic growth at the campus.
